-(jog/sprint 10sec on spot between each drill x 10-reps each drill)-

1. Press Ups (Plyo / Staggered Hands / Divebomber’s)
2. Squats
3. Lunge (Left and right = 1rep) / Plyo
4. Tuck Jumps
5. Mountain Climbers
6. Burpees (with lateral jump between each)
7. Star Jumps
8. Side Plank Crunch (5 reps L/R)
9. Pistol Squats (5 reps L/R)
10. V-Sits

=100reps and a nicely raised pulse.
